Warehouse Supervisor 

Purpose: 

Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse workers. Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, store and deliver materials, textbooks, supplies or equipment. Train employees as needed for position requirements. 

Responsibilities: 

-Plans, organizes, coordinates, and oversees day-to-day Warehouse operations 

-Supervise the warehouse techs daily task 

-Maintain inventory levels with Wallace Forum and departments for school supplies 

-Organize daily work order schedules according to Wallace/Schools needs 

-Maintain inventory levels of all PPE items, warehouse supplies for maintenance.  

-Maintain schedule and service records for all warehouse scissor lifts, genie lifts, forklifts, electric pallet     jacks. 

-Setup repair times and delivery/pickup for scissor lifts, genie lifts, forklifts, electric pallet jacks. 

when required. 

-Coordinate delivery and pickup of all lifts to and from schools as needed maintenance departments and schools. 

-Trainer/Certifier for bucket truck training. 

- Certifier for Forklift training 

-List and schedule all items dealings with sales and pickups through Govdeals to buyers. 

-Handle all receiving/scheduling/deliveries for all RSS/Wallace that comes through warehouse. 

-Assures proper safety training all warehouse tech positions 

-Assist with needs for equipment requests for other maintenance departments. 

-Prepares and submits recommendations related to required staffing for deptment 

- Preforms yearly employee evaluation reports 

-Assist in/with needs from Wallace Forum as needed. 

-Pre-visit and schedule work sites that require tree removal 

-Communicate with Wallace Forum on District inventory levels that are required. 

-Response for after hour emergency needs as required. 

-Maintain recycling (cardboard/metal) schedules for pickup 

-Setup times for Construction/Metal dumpsters pickup and returns. 

-Lighting/Water for schools when power goes out
